Montvale Hotel
This hotel has a second floor sitting area, the rooms were quite large, and it was comfortable. Only drawbacks are the blinds do not quite block out the morning light, and the parking lot on site is small. There is a larger one a block away that you can use when this one is full.

Nice location beside the river. Breakfast selection was very good. Evening menu is very limited, so it might be best to plan to eat elsewhere.
