“Communication with the hosts was poor and not very helpful. They did not answer our questions in a reasonable amount of time, leaving us to have to figure out a lot of things on our own. We never did see or meet a host, even though the booking site mentioned that there would be someone there. The entry system to access the unit was quite confusing. Quiet time was supposed to start at 10 pm. There were guests right outside our door using the kitchen and sitting area until 11:30. No……

“A great location, friendly check-in, and nice size for a family of four. The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws. ”

“There was another room next to ours and a shared space which was not explained in the description. There were cameras in the “reception area” and kitchen. There were confusing signs posted about no outside food or drink but it has a refrigerator. With more than carry on luggage and no elevator, it was challenging. The room was clean.”

“Gute Unterkunft, sauberes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist zu empfehlen den Gastgeber zeitgerecht über die Telefonnummer zu kontaktieren zwecks Check in. Der Check in Prozess ist aber unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit möglich. Das Frühstück wird in einer Bar ein paar Fußminuten entfernt von der Unterkunft serviert, was sehr nett ist.”
