Great Family Gathering

We chose this location based in the proximity to my mother to celebrate her 80th and the holiday. Couldn't have chosen better! The location was perfect. We spent most of our time on the patio jabbering and enjoying the beautiful weather. Thank you for the fabulous experience!

Beautiful home, great environment

House was gorgeous, clean, easy to find but hidden in the hills of local wildlife and park, had all the basic necessities to accommodate our get together, check in and check out was a breeze

Birthday stay

Everything about this property was beautiful and amazing. There were small things things like the cabinet door being broken or the upstairs restroom making a weird noise. But everything else was great. The view was beautiful and one of my favorite things was being abme tk open the windows.

Great stay and super close to the wedding venue

We stayed here for our son's wedding, house was great, had an issue with the upstairs bathroom flushing, but the managment office answered quickly late on a saturday afternoon, and would have even had someone out there on sunday morning but we decided that it worked well enough for us to manage that last day. Lots of deer everywhere :)

Family vacation

I like this property a lot. It was just like the pictures. My grandchild like toys and games that were in this house. I would have given this property all five but the air conditioner and refrigerator was not as cool as it should have been. I called property manager and they did get the a/c fixed not the refrigerator. Me and my family enjoyed this house.

Spacious and my granddaughter loved it

My granddaughter loved the castle because of the kids room. The kitchen was great for preparing a large meal for all of us. The beds were not that comfortable. No blankets. A/C doesn’t seem to be working in the media room. Ping pong table paddles are broken. Some games missing pieces. Water and ice maker don’t work. There is not a water source within walking distance. Rebecca creek is dry. We still had a good time with family.

Beautiful house with lousy cleaning

The house is beautiful, location very peaceful, and great views. However, they skipped the cleaning. The first thing we noticed was milk stains in a beautiful red leather sofa covering all of the arm of the sofa, next in kitchen plates and utensils were crusted with dry food, spiderwebs by windowsill and kitchen cabinets, shower curtins in the master bedroom were stained with mold, the sheets in the master bedroom were smelly and the list goes on. The managing company sent a second person to clean which aside from spraying air frehener did not address any of the cleaning issues. The managing company said that the house would require a deeper cleaning and that it was outside of their contract! Ultimately we ended washing sheets, bathroom curtains, cleaning dishes and cabinets so we could enjoy our stay. I guess placing shower curtains in washer is considered deep cleaning. Who knew!

Solid, fun spot

The castle themed decor is fun and the house is spacious. It was easy for my group to get to and from the wedding festivities, not to mention the area is super pretty. Check in/out also required zero effort. Thanks again!

Holiday in the Hill Country

I booked this property because it was close to where my son lives. I booked for 7 adults and 6 kids. The house was stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and literally 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The kitchen was the absolute worst stocked kitchen of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. Not stocked for any kind of cooking what so ever. Absolutely no kitchen towels and 1 hot pad. It was dirty upon arrival and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Disappointed

The house was not staged before we got there. There was a broken chair upstairs. The toilet upstairs had no water in the tank and wasn’t working. There were bugs in the bunkbed upstairs. The property management team responded very quickly, but it was just disappointing. It was my first time renting a house so I had certain expectations that were not met. Refrigerator had an icemaker and water to it, but there is no water line to get water from it. There were jugs of water in the pantry, but there was nothing to put the water jug into that we could find.
