"Staff was great, the room was okay simply based on the restroom. The shower knob that regulates the temp didn’t work , I had to take cold showers. The toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. It was gross. I was really disappointed with my stay because I’ve stayed at this location before and have had such great experiences, hence why I keep coming back. Hoping this was just an off day for them."

"CONS - Felt room and bathroom couldve been cleaner. Shower)tub needs non-slip strips. Slippery when using bath soap. There were strands of hair on the carpet in room and on floor of bathroom- housekeeping needs to vac better and sweep up in bath area. Bath towels appeared "dingy" in color;need to be replaced with newer ones. Low water pressure. Fixtures in sink and shower weren't cleaned well- not shiny, had soap scum or residue from previous room cleaning products on them . Unaware of $5 Parking fee and incident(s) fee of $100 due at ck-in. Hallway carpet needs cleaning Paint touch up needed on walls in certain spots in my room PROS- Great location! Less than 10 min from Fiesta, TX, UTSA, and The Rim shopping. Lots of restaurants. Close to Pallisade movie theatre. Lite breakfast choices- oatmeal, bagels, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, tea bags Staff helpful in listening to CONS. They're to speak with housekeeping A/C cold- took small fan to reduce any noise from hallway and aid in sleep/comfort Nite lite in bath to provide dim lighting"

"Eli was helpful for for our late arrival (2am). He got us extra towels for the children, pillows and fresh blankets for the pull-out bed. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. I'd prefer the old school coffee pot versus the digital automatic ones. They were slow. Lisa, the front decimal and Liz front desk receptionist were very helpful when we checked out. Chased me down to give me a cart. And found a lost inhaler that my daughter left extra. Thanks to Lisa, Liz and Eli!!!!!"

Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak

"My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay at this specific Drury Inn. The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were made up and changed often. We had plenty of clean fresh towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and Dinner was great. I loved using the laundry room. All the supplies to wash your clothes were already provided for only$1.25 it was cool to just insert or tap your credit card or visa to wash your clothes. The fitness room, whirlpool, & Swimming pool was clean and relaxing. I had a delightful time at the Drury Inn. Thanks, Vanessa"
