Amazing Stay

We really had a great time, the house is exactly how they described and a little piece of paradise. The location was great, the pool was beautiful, the bikes on property were fun to take a bike ride but the best part were kayaking, and hanging out down stairs and on the lanai. We would 100% recommend this location and book again!

Great week in Hernando Beach

We travelled as three couples for a stay at LB Coastal Dreams. Checkin was a breeze, communication was great ahead of time, and everything was as we expected. The home was clean and had everything we needed, and we loved sitting out on the screened porch. The weather was a bit too cool for swimming, but the pool was beautiful to look at.

This property is incredible! Very spacious, clean, and the kind of place that makes you not want to leave. I was initially nervous that we had to pay outside of VRBO as in my 10 years renting, that has never happened to me. Furthermore, even after our last payment when I received an email receipt, the VRBO app still showed we owed money. That made me nervous, but apparently is how it’s done sometimes (I called VRBO to be sure). The “starter” supplies were a lot more than you usually get and I’ve never seen a rental stocked with so many spices! We did a lot of cooking and although there were plenty of pans, utensils, serving bowls, etc we really could have used a casserole dish or two as well as some containers for leftovers.I would stay in this property again in a heartbeat. It really is as nice as the pictures show!

Great property - fun for all - Excellent Management

We had a wonderful spring break trip at LB Coastal Dreams. Alan was super responsive ahead of our visit answering questions and during our visit with tips and info. We visited as 3 families with elementary aged children. We thought that we might visit the near by springs or take mini trips, but our kids loved the dock way too much to leave. Fishing was a big hit. They also loved the included kayaks to paddle down the canal. The grown ups enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and fun "garage door" bar next to the pool. The screened in patio on the second floor was very relaxing as well. Great vacation house!

Hernando Beach House

This house was truly one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had. There were 11 of us all together- 7 adults and 4 children. We had ample room to spread out in all the living spaces. The furniture was very comfy. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. The pots and pans were in great condition. Usually they look like the cast offs you don’t want to use anymore. But they had a plenty of dishes, glasses and silver for all us on the nights we stayed in. The pool area was awesome. Our kids loved it! It’s a great shape and plenty big. The furniture and area around the pool is fun. And, for families with small children like we had, the entire pool area was fenced in for safety around the canal. The kayaks were an added bonus. Everything was very clean and communication with Alan was excellent. The grill wasn’t working and, and when I let him know, someone was out the next day with a new one. We would definitely recommend this house.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property! We had 3 generations stay and there was something for everyone to do even during the first couple of days of our stay when Tropical Storm Debby hit. We used this house for a sibling family reunion. 4 couples. Lots of room...everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Table for 8! We didn't use the pool but spent a lot of time outside enjoying the breeze. One of our guests did use a kyak which she greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend this rental!

Family Fun

We had an amazing time at Alan's place. The kids fished from morning until evening. The kitchen had everything that you need and was the perfect size for our group (5 adults, 4 kids). We all loved the pool, foosball & pool table. There were plenty of seats to relax. We rented a boat and were able to keep it at the house. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway with your family.
