Stay within budget at our economical RV retreat with a lovely setting and seating in its own private lot. Located just minutes away from Weeki Wachee Springs and Hernando Beach, and a short drive from Sunwest Beach. You can rest and relax in this cozy RV without braking the bank. Located amidst local and international dining options, bars, cafes and many shops just minutes away, your stay promises affordability and convenience. Book now for a wallet-friendly stay in the heart of Springhill.
Enjoy a 2-bedroom 1 full bath RV that can comfortably host 2 guest. Walk into a 2011, 33 foot bright and beautifully decorated RV/Camper, where you can rest in a comfortable Queen Size bed, relax in our massage lounger and make memories by checking the experience of RV/Camper lifestyle of your bucket list. Take the fun out in our fenced back yard where you can sit and relax, have a meal outdoors or reed a book by the fire pit. We understand that our camper might not seat too far from the main street and there is potential of street noise, our kitchen might not be as equipped as a full size kitchen or our bathroom might be a bit small. We are continuously working on enhancing the quality of your stay and the property. If you encounter any issues, please give us a chance to address them. Our home location and conditions enables us to offer affordable rates, providing an economical solution for those in need. While we strive to offer a comfortable stay, please note that we do not offer the amenities and conditions of hotels. If you seek such accommodations, we recommend booking with such establishments.
Our guest have access to the entire RV/Camper including, a fully fenced in back yard. Other than to dispose of any extra trash or large boxes, we kindly request that guest respect the space any residents of the main house. Our space permits to park one regular-size vehicle on the property. Please note we do sit in a main road. Please exercise caution. You also have the option to park on the street facing the main house if desired or if staying with more than one vehicle.
Our Stove and microwave are in good condition and we also offer an Air-Fryer for your use. Please ensure all left over food is either stored inside the fridge or disposed immediately to avoid any odors and the potential for ants or bugs. We do offer ultrasonic sensors around the RV to avoid the presence of such.
We also kindly ask that you dispose any extra trash by utilizing the large trash bins located outside the main house.
**Reminder**
Prior to checking in, primary/main guest must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
Please note that management office closes at 8:00 PM.
We want to create an Airbnb experience unlike the norm and have considered many of your needs, in hopes to combine the comfort and appeal of a private home. Please make note of any signs around the property to assist you with any uncommon features of our RV/Camper. Such as the sensitive nature of our toilet.
Given the nature of our setting and the age of our Camper, some items may appear worn or may need to be turned on with caution. This condition enables us to offer affordable rates, providing an economical option for those in need. Guest are asked to acknowledge the settings of an RV/Camper in comparison to a normal home or hotel room, as refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction upon arrival. Embrace the adventure for the affordable rate.
We encourage guest to thoroughly review all descriptions, house rules, and policies to ensure realistic expectations for their stay. Our service is an ever-evolving experience that will improve with every guest we host.

-No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways. In addition we ask to please be respectful of our property and environment. Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground or near the building.
- Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $25/hour, with early check-ins no earlier than 12(noon) and late checking-outs no later than 12(noon).
Unexpected Late Check-Outs are charged at $100/hour.
-Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e. Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guest are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.
-Pets allowed. Guest are welcome to bring 1 pet with a pet fee, $50. Pets are to be walked outside the property daily and picked up after. If an incident happens, guest are to immediately clean after their pet. There will be an added cleaning fee of $50 for any pet waste removal.
Undisclosed pets - $100
- 2 Guest are included in your stay.
Additional Guest(s) - $20 per guest per night.
- When cooking, please remember to open a window and turn on the kitchen vent or exhaust fan. Proper ventilation helps prevent smoke and strong odors from building up, which can trigger smoke detectors and affect neighboring units.
Reporting an Issue
We encourage guests to report any issues promptly. When a guest encounters an issue, we ask that they:
1. Communicate with our team — we are a dedicated team and will respond quickly to address any issue.
2. Document the issue using the agency message thread, photos, or other verifiable means.
3. Guests must report any cleanliness or maintenance concerns within 12 hours of check-in so we may address them immediately. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to provide remedies or refunds.
Host Inspection and Confirmation
To ensure accurate resolution, our team must be given the opportunity to inspect, confirm, and address any reported issues. Due to the prevalence of today’s powerful media manipulation tools, all issues must be verified by our team before action is taken. Any unconfirmed issues that are not presented in a manner allowing us to inspect or resolve will be considered invalid.
Important Note: If an inspection determines that the reported issue is non-existent or not valid, guests may be held responsible for the inspection fee.
- Undisclosed Events - $1,000 per event.
- Stays over 14 days. Any stays of over 14 days will require a midstay cleaning due after at the 15th day of your stay . $30 Fee
-Lost & Found
Items will be stored for 30 day at our Lost & Found Location.

- To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored. We have an extra trash bin placed outside the main house for any extra trash.
- Parking: We have space for 1 vehicle inside our gated lot. You can opt to park inside or on the Main Street in front of the house, (not the driveway). Just between the driveway and the mailboxes.
- Gates: To minimize visits from unwanted animals and avoid any damage to our property, we ask that our gate remains closed at all times during your stay.
