This property was the home away from home for my gruop of friends and I. The house was beautiful, clean and it has everything that we needed it to have a great weekend far away from the city. The Host was really nice and responsive. Overall a 5-star experience.

We all had a great time and the accommodations were great also. The house layout was nice as we were able to put all the kids on the ground floor and decrease the noise and traffic in the adults' area. Great all around! 5 Stars!

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway!

We stayed as a family of all ages and we enjoyed this beautiful house so much! They really have thought of everything that you need to be more than comfortable. The location is great as well as the daily manatee visits on the dock! You can not beat the beautiful clear blue waters of the river. We will definitely be planing to come back.

Golf Trip

Group stayed for a golf trip nearby and the accommodations were as listed - plenty of room for 8 of us (12 as listed would've been a stretch unless several groups are sharing beds). The check-in process was very smooth and communicative. A couple things for the hosts - the hours were fairly restrictive in/out. Additionally the VRBO listing email pictures don't match the house which caused minor concerns. Finally the neighborhood is a good bit quirkier than the house itself, next door an empty house with flashing lights was odd, and we had several people aimlessly wandering the street at night. Nothing to report but certainly isn't as luxe as the listing appears.

Great House,Great Location but even Greater Hosts

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay, but I have to give a shout out to the hosts. Without going into to details of why we were visiting, I can say the hosts made it much easier. From the welcome package to the accommodations, they were great to work with and made a difficult visit easy. Thank You! We will definitely visit again!

Perfect Scalloping get away.

We could not have been more pleased with this location. It beautiful and the home had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were beyond accommodating. It was my son’s 16th birthday trip and they left a birthday card, decorations, and a cake for us to enjoy. We were treated like royalty and the house was our palace.

Beautiful and Roomy Home

We came for a long weekend to celebrate Independence Day. The home was perfect for our 2 families with lots of space for the young adults to hand out without keeping the older crowd up too late. We loved watching the manatees swim by the dock and enjoyed using the kayaks and the lily pad off the dock. The home was wonderfully stocked including a nice gift basket full of treats and holiday cheer. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

A weekend of river life…

We had an excellent time at Ron’s River Retreat. All the kids (and adults) enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing and playing on the Lillypad. We went to WW Springs and water park on Friday. We rented a boat on Saturday and went to the Gulf and down the river to Hospital Hole but it wasn’t very clear after a hard rain the night before. The kitchen was stocked with quality pots and pans, coffee pot and keurig machines throughout the house. Everything was very clean and the hosts provided EVERYTHING you could think of or possible forgot. We will definitely itely be back and enjoyed the weekend with our friend and all the kids.

Absolutely stunning amenities that went over and above our expectations. Starting with the most comfortable bedding and amenities down to plush towels, extra toothbrushes, bandaids and SNACKS. Relaxing Getaway!

Wonderful house with great amenities! Even though we had a large group, everyone felt like they had their own space and there were plenty of "toys" to keep our preteen kids occupied. The house is well appointed with numerous towels (including beach towels), kitchen appliances, and it is located only 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs state park. We stayed over Mother's Day weekend and the property managers went out of their way to provide a lovely gift basket with a variety of snacks and a festive cake for all to enjoy. The house was also very clean, a major plus in our book!

Our stay was amazing. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. And the owners were very nice and responded very quickly. They even had Happy Birthday decorations inside and outside the home, and there was even a cake for my son and my husband as this was a combined birthday trip. We all had a blast I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place on the water.

They came through in a pinch for us

I had booked a trip to weeki wachee gardens area to a different house 7 month ago on the main channel of the river As a surprise for my wife birthday We had our friends who pretty much rv full time was going to meet us there But At the last minute and only because i inquired to make sure everything was good to go the host of that house informed us that she sold the property and the new owners should be able to accommodate us and gave us there phone no. As i reach out to the new owner they informed us they are not able to accommodate us cause the previous owner took all furniture So i get ahold of vrbo support and that took 4 days of trying to find out if we still had a trip to Florida they wanted us to head diwn there with no plan on where to stay eventually i told me to find something as close to the original booking and they would match it and give us a refund So at the last minute we found this property It was as close to our original booking double the price and had a great location and toys ect. More importantly for me this management here had very good communication I explained our situation we had to this host and they was more then willing to accommodate us even with less then 24 to 48 hrs before we was scheduled to fly in I really want to tell the host here thanks you for giving us and helping us salvage our trip i cant thank you enough

Weekend getaway for XC meet

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house was clean & adorable with plenty of space for the five of us! Owners very extremely communicative and welcoming. They even prepared a basket full of snacks for the kids! We enjoyed the kayaks and close proximity to the Springs. We hope to stay again in the future☺️

Perfect Weekend Spot!

We recently had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Upon booking, this place met all the requirements: direct river access; large, open spaces to accommodate four families with children (11 people total); and a great outdoor patio. However, to say I was blown away by the personal touches, is a complete understatement! Trenton and Kelly were so responsive and thoughtful - they gifted us a cake, had 50th anniversary decorations, and a thoughtful gift for my parents. There was even a gift basket of snacks! For four families coming from south GA and central Florida, this was a wonderful way to help celebrate our parents by ensuring we had everything we needed! I’ve always loved Weeki, but this was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed on the river! We are counting the days until we can go back! Thank you again, Trenton and Kelly, from the bottom of our hearts! You really made this weekend special!

Beautiful house in paradise

I just wanted to take a minute to say that I’ve stayed in many places around the globe and this house, with its surroundings of kayaks, Manatees, and jumping into the river for a swim to cool off, is right up there. The house was so clean and beautiful, my family and I were amazed at its perfection. I hope to stay at this house again sometime in the near future. I would tell anyone that asked that this is the house to be when doen in that area.

Wonderful stay for a family birthday celebration. The house was spacious and well stocked with amenities. Trent and Kelly provided special touches such as a birthday cake and Happy Birthday signs. Best of the best!

We have stayed at a dozen properties amongst the home rental apps, and this one is by far our favorite. The home is in great condition and is very clean. Great sleeping arrangements and many places on property to sit back and relax. We swam, grilled, rode bikes, played foosball, and kayaked. One of the days we had an entire afternoon and evening of storms. But thankfully because of the play room and hangout areas we had plenty to do. We will be back soon!

Weekend trip to celebrate birthdays of 3 of our 7 family members. The place was fabulous. Everyone was comfortable with easy access to paddle the Weeki Wachee. The owners and host thought of everything including birthday yard sign. I would highly recommend and plan to be back.

The house was amazing. Very up to date and the Host was very nice and fast to respond. She made us feel right at home. Also we saw a lot of Manatees off of the dock and back porch! We rented 2 boats and had lots of room on the dock and the Gulf is not to far.
