When docking, be aware of potential rocks in the canal and make sure to check the tides. It is easiest to navigate larger boats during mid- to high tides.
The driveway can comfortably accommodate a boat trailer up to 25 feet long, as it is approximately 30 feet long. Trailers longer than 25 feet may need to be stored off the property; please check local marinas for storage options.
