There is an accessible elevator off the condo's main entrance to make loading and unloading easy. Lake Pointe Association includes Barrett's Marina seasonal pool, picnic, and pavilion amenities. Condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, two large closets with built-ins, and a private full bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television and closet. There is also a second full bathroom and laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
