“Only one night stay. But the room is very nice, clean, and homey feeling, and it is very close to brown university. Walkable distance to major part of the university.”

“Overall it was a great stay! The thermostat only had heat or off options, the bedroom on the left gets extremely hot quick due to multiple air vents in it. The beds need an upgrade, they were not very comfortable. Even a mattress topper would make them better! The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The place is a duplex which we read on a review but didn’t see on the listing until we got our check in instructions. You can hear everything from the people upstairs……

“The property is in a quiet area with a waterview. Every detail was thought of by Cindy. Great place for a retreat from the hustle and hustle. Nice little deck and a hot tub outside, I just wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed itmore.Cindy offers a delicious breakfast and samples of soaps and body butters which we bought some as well. She is just incredibly thoughtful and communicative”

“The unit is in a great location, a short walk to all things in downtown Newport. The unit is clean and works for a short stay in town. However, the photos in the listing display a different unit in the same building (this unit has smaller and/or less furniture), the beds are small and rather uncomfortable, the couch in the living room is smaller than the one shown and is broken, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. Overall, it's a fine place to stay to……
