「We had a perfect place: security, privacy, cleanliness, and peaceful place to stay while visiting our son and his family. The weather was too cool to use the pool, but it was beautiful. The host (very accommodating) and her family were very nice. The room was perfect with all the amenities to keep us comfortable. The location is perfect with relatively short drives to see anything around the San Deigo area. Simply the best.」

「The carriage house has been built at the back of a residential property. The property is located in a nice neighbourhood that is densifying with add-on suites and small professional offices. It is very centrally located but you do need a vehicle. We always found on-street parking available within a block or two. It takes a little while to learn about the area but there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods grocery store. The carriage house itself is very well...

「This place is charming with much so much character. It is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in San Diego, and has great amenities. The hosts are communicative and provide information on the house and amenities. I appreciate how they sent videos on how the hot tub was to be used, how to turn on the firepit, etc. I would definitely stay here again!」

「The host has thought of everything. There were spices and oil available for home cooking. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Location was great. 「Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well」

Easy to get to and from downtown and airport during non-working hours. I was there on a Thursday night - Saturday. Not upscale or higher quality food choices nearby, older neighborhood but a well maintained and clean property.」
