“The property is in pretty good shape. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There are, however, some annoying issues. First, you were quite some way away from restaurants and the hotel does not have any food service and what items they have in their pantry store are pretty poor. Second in our room they had a chair that even a secondhand store wouldn’t sell. I do not know why they would have this type of distressed furniture in there rooms unless the hotel is just not doing well. Would I……

“The check-in process was a little hectic and the place could use some updates. The room was okay but wasn’t as clean as previously stated in other reviews. It was a quiet stay and we did get a good night’s rest. I just think overall it could use an update.”

“Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”

“The location was very difficult to locate. No door on the bedroom, which I did not like. No kitchen facilities. The cabin was very quiet. The location was lovely. The interior was lovely and the rustic furnishings were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.”
