So we came in to check in at 325pm and was told the room will not be ready for another 30-45mins.Ok, we understand even if check in time is 3pm, we left our bags to eat first. We came back at 420 pm and again was told by Jade that room is still not ready and will take about 15mims more, no apologies,not even an apologetic smile or to you know just say would you like to sit down and have water first. We are irritated at this point coz she was so poker faced and just terrible at customer service. It seemed like others had no problem checking in but us. The location was good but the worse customer service. And i jave stayed at 5 star hotels, 4 and even motels too locally and internationally so they just irritated the hell out of 4 weary travelers.
