The room was fine, but the showerpan was like ice when wet. The bedframe sticks out way too far and everyone hit their toes or shins on it more than once. There is no staff. Everything is handled via phone or text. They text a code you use to get in your room. No ice maker on the premises. It's located in a good area and the Zion shuttle pickup is right out front.

This is a very basic motel and pictures are inaccurate. Staff is super unhelpful. Room is bare bones. No kettle, no tea and coffee in the room. No mirrors. No ironing board. No help when you ask for help.

Incredible ambiance. So happy at this place from beginning to end. Passion was seen in all the design, the treatment, and everything is thought out. Incredibly clean and many amenities. There are covers and pillows to sit outside at night and watch the wonderful stars. Funny little things all over, many extras in the bathroom. All around a passionate place that is well maintained with such a kind and wonderful staff. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sedona. You feel like family here, it’s incredible.

The hotel is in the process of a major facelift so the outside is not tip top right now but what they have done including our room, was great! They did a really good job updating and making the property look very chic. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The view of the mountains right outside your hotel room door is amazing! I think once they finish all their updates everything will be even better! I did notice that they did not have a hair dryer in the room and there's not an ice machine on property. These things would improve the stay as well.

Our double queen room was great for our stay, but the hotel could provide more in the way of amenities and outdoor cleanliness. The pool was filled, but not usable due to the "season," yet it was spring break and in the high 80s and 90s when we stayed. There were small pieces of trash left around the property during our entire stay. The rooms are simple, but tasteful. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The bathrooms have been updated. The best part is the location. Right in the center of town and on the busline.

Room was clean and basic. Check-in and out were smooth and did not require visiting the lobby. Bathroom was updated and good. Good location. Parking spaces are too narrow, they are much smaller than standard spaces and there is potential for damage or block-ins if you have a larger type vehicle.

The room was nice, but our key pad stopped working on the second day of our stay and no one came to fix it. This was very frustrating as I had to call management every time I wanted to get back in the room. And when we requested more towels and toilet paper, we never got more, which was probably due to the housekeepers not being about to enter the room.
