This house was perfect for a family get away! It was gorgeous and very clean. The back yard was fenced in and great for children to play. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood but within minutes to downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property!

We had an amazing stay while in town to watch the Hogs play. The house is great. Check-in was smooth, there was good communication with the management company and they were quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We came to NWA for an annual girl’s weekend. I would highly recommend this house. It was clean, spacious and a top notch rental. We have rented several homes over the years and this one ranks up at the top of our list. Would highly recommend it.

Nice place with a good central location. The interior layout was very nice with each bedroom having its own bath. We had to replace kitchen trash bags (there were only two under the sink), and there was no dishwasher detergent. Other than that, things were nicely stocked. Plenty of towels and linens available.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The property is extremely clean, very up to date inside. Nothing seemed run down and it has a well appointed kitchen. We loved the open and spacious shared spaces. And we used all of the spaces. We used all four bedrooms and baths and everyone felt they had privacy and luxury in their rooms. The pictures posted don't capture how great the layout and furnishings are in person.

Annual Arkansas SEC Rival Game

As Georgia residents we take an annual trip to support our Razorback friends and this time with our Auburn friends too. This beautiful home was so spacious for six audits and it was specially nice for everyone to have a private bathroom. Location was nested perfect between airport and stadium and lovely restaurants around it. Amenities were great and the frequent property management check-ins leading up to our stay and texts messages upon arriving was a nice touch ensuring we had everything we needed.

Large beautiful house

This was the perfect house for a weekend stay in Fayetteville. All the rooms are spacious and have bathrooms which is a great perk with a large group. It was clean. We had a minor issue getting into the house initially with the key pad, but the owners responded right away with a new code and had no issues after. The back yard is big and fenced. Plenty of parking. A great spot for a bigger group!

Perfect for when you need space.

Great location. Near Fayetteville but also easy to get to Rogers, Bentonville. Right off Thompson so plenty of grocery stores so the location was perfect for us. Very spacious. We stayed with family so this property provides privacy and everything was clean. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses. Cookware a bit limited. No large skillet so consider that if you’re planning on cooking. The furniture is modern and aesthetically pleasing. I would say if you’re bigger some chairs might not be for you. Beds are comfy. A bit low so consider if older. Not handicap assessable. I would suggest a rail of some type for older guests. We are mid-50s so we had no issues but our mid-70 parents had some issues with navigating. We would probably rec a handicap accessible hotel for them Next time. Overall, we really liked it and would stay again for sure. It was perfect as a place to hang and entertain for football.
