Perfect for Family

Great place to stay while visiting family in Eagar. Owners are wonderful and very responsive on any questions we had. Also they were so understanding and kind when we explained our reason for the visit, and mentioned we may have family over. Would absolutely book again when coming to the area.

Great house for our 2 families

We were looking for a place in Eager that would accommodate our 2 families and found it here. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean. Next time we bring the kids to Sunrise, we'll definitely stay again.

Loved our stay!

We came to Eagar for a wedding at the Greer Lodge. We had a party of 7 and stayed for 4 nights. The house was clean, roomy, and well stocked with all of the things we needed to stay in comfort. It is located close to a lot of options for the outdoor activities that we enjoy like fishing and hiking. We saw deer and elk in the nearby fields and properties daily. The grocery store close by was another nice perk. I recommend this place. It's also much cuter than the exterior pictures give it credit for.

What a jem great find will stay again

This is a great property. The he is perfect for a large family. I love the layout. The owners are great to work with if you have any problems. A real find. I could not ask for better. Only things that could have been better. Ice maker, fan in bedrooms and a king size bed. But I am 110% Happy with my stay

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at this home for the few days prior to my daughter’s wedding and the bride and groom stayed the night of their wedding. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed including a beautiful background for our pre wedding pictures.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean. It had plenty of extra towels, linens, pillows and kitchen was well stocked. Property manger was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family getaway

Get place to bring the family and spread out. Lots of room to be together and separate spaces to be out of each other’s hair. Kids loved running around outside, exploring the grounds, play house and creek bed. The neighbors were nice too. Overall it was a great little escape to feel normal and unplugged for a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't know such a nice place was available right where we wanted

My group enjoys fishing in the lakes and rivers around the Alpine, Springer/Eagar area and we usually stay in private homes , lodges and cabins. This was by far the cleanest, best equipped and most comfortable place that we have stayed in for many years. It made our 3 day/night excursion very memorable.

Had a wedding to go to in Eagar so we rented this for the weekend. It is very clean and the owners are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Kid friendly.
