「First impression was very clean and who ever the cleaning team is are great , also place was spacious and cozy. I loved the bedroom with the hammack swing and words of aspiration on the wall and set up in room where we could also capture pictures of our moments in this beautiful home and i cant wait to vidit dc again in the bear future and book this place again.」

「The property was so close to Capital Hill and the surrounding sights which we were in DC to visit. This made our stay very convenient and memorable. With the parking permit we could leave our vehicle on the street overnight for our entire stay. The room we stayed in was cozy and quiet and had all the amenities we required. This unit definitely took the stress out of our visit to Washington DC. Even strolling through the neighborhood to get groceries was pleasurable.」

「Once we got in, the spot was lovely. Beautifully decorated, incredible well stocked and furnished, totally perfect for meeting up and accessing dc. Heads up recognizing the tiny secret door between a barber shop and a liquor store was hard to recognize so we were a lotttle uncomfortable getting there at night. Worth it!」

「Great place to stay. Close to metro and some fun places just a few blocks away. Arrived late in the evening, took the host suggestion for the Wonderland Ballroom. Had a terrific evening! Beds are comfortable, Carlton is a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend.Be sure to visit Tequila & Mezcal if you like Mexican. 」

「The property was beautiful and the host was very nice. I had problem with key entry and she was very helpful and came up to meet us. Will sty again❤️」

「This is a great place to base your exploration of DC. Close enough to walk, bus, or metro to eveything in the city. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The addition of the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The only negative we found was the low water pressure in the shower (but overall not a vig deal at all).」

「The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful.」

「Great communication with our host. The unit is just as advertised. The basement apartment is comfortable and is in an amazing location and neighborhood. In three walking directions you have access to few corner/mini marts, 6 to 10 sit down food options, street markets, and Trader Joe's. There are electric scooter and bike rentals everywhere you look, we used Lime. Uber or Cab rides were averaging around 20 bucks for longer rides to places by the waterfront and the neighborhood/city area over...

「My family and I really enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. The property was clean, well stocked, and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The whole neighborhood was quiet, and the property being just a short walk to Whole Foods allowed us to stock up on groceries for our stay. It was also just a short walk to the Metro station - which allowed us to easily get around and explore all the amazing sights and attractions in DC. Overall, we had a great experience and would...

「If you are going to be visiting, Washington DC, the subway is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. It is also a five minute walk away from the edge of the Catholic university and some of its restaurants. For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work. It was not listed that a blow dryer was there, and I made the mistake of not packing one. We had questions regarding the checking in...

「Had a very large amount of space to myself, and the host was very accommodating. We were able to fix some of the issues I had. Excellent location.」

「It’s a good location - walking distance to the wharf and the metro which can get you to any of the DC sights. Safe area and near a CVS at the Wharf and a Safeway for groceries. Top bathroom was missing conditioner but had shampoo and soap (they probably would have corrected but I had brought my own). The hosts were very communicative. I didn’t love the particular app that I had to download onto my phone to open the door initially (and then there is a physical key if wanted) but it did work....

「My gf and dog and I stayed here for a weekend for a wedding trip. What a beautiful place to stay, lovely back yard and neighborhood! The place was very clean and just as the pictures showed . Unfortunately our rental car was dead on the morning we were due to checkout, but our host was so understanding and let us wait comfortably for the tow truck. 10/10 would reccomend」
