「The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.」

「Plenty of parking」

「Great space and location.」

「Excellent property. Loved having pool access. Great communication with owners. Hair dryer was missing & they had Amazon deliver one! One mile walk to Broadway. Would highly recommend this VRBO.」

「We enjoyed staying at your condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely recommend your place to others that are heading to Nashville. The condo was close enough to Nashville, that the ride was 10 minutes or less, but far enough to get the peace and quiet. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again.」

「We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.」

「Very nice apartment in great shape in East Nashville close to fascinating collection of vintage shops and restaurants. The owner was very accessible. I asked several questions via messaging on the app and Allison always responded promptly with helpful information. Thank you for a great experience. Would stay again!」

「Everything was okay」

「Wonderful stay! Such a cool place!」

「When we got there, the place highly smelled of pot. There needs to be some paint put on the walls, adding some color. The noise from the interstate and the parties would wake you up in the middle of the night.」

「We loved our stay」

「Very happy with our stay. Communication was excellent. This is an extremely quiet building. The unit is really cute and well stocked with everything you could need. It was helpful to have laundry in the unit. Would recommend this unit.」
