Everything about our stay was five stars! The room was exactly as pictured and even had gummy worms waiting on the beds - This was a huge hit for my two young boys. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast served here is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. There was a full array of eggs, biscuits, and gravy, bacon and sausage, pancakes, muffins and bagels, yogurt and fruit. Everything was delicious and was being refilled on the spot. My husband and I joked that this was the only hotel we had ever had crispy bacon at! The staff was warm and welcoming. They all spoke to my two little boys every time we want to buy. We were fortunate at the hotel was still decorated for Christmas and everything still seemed magical. The pool area was clean and the indoor pool is heated, which was a huge plus. They do not, unfortunately have a ton of parking, but this was only an issue because it was a holiday and a full capacity. I assume on any other normal day parking would be fine. Overall, one of the best days we have ever had, and we can’t wait to return to Springfield!

The rooms are a little dated but clean and it’s a convenient location to Bass Pro and aquarium across the street. There is plenty of fast food and local spots in the area - both vending machines down on property which was annoying. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast food but seemed elevated by staff that were always tending to it and making sure it was fresh and full at all times. Our toddler loved the pool and the Aquarium is a must for all ages! We are looking forward to staying again sometime!

The hotel had that mountain lodge feel that you get from Bass Pro. Absolutely loved it and didn’t have to travel far to get it. Our room was 128 and not the greatest location near the elevator and breakfast cafe. Other than that couldn’t be happier with our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to the quality of the property as a whole. From check in to check out and breakfast staff was excellent! Dawn the last at breakfast was kind and so helpful! We recommend choosing the Bass Pro Angler lodge! Very family friendly!
