Im sorry to say this but the hotel stuff they make my vacation horrible because the first day i arrive there with my kids they send two people my room and they told me im disturbing the hotel because of my kids are playing second i paid for this hotel more than $200 a day within one week they came one time to change the sheets and to clean up when i reserved this hotel i requested every day cleaning and the reception stuff O my gad they treated me like im there for free or like they giving me charity

This hotel was clean but very much out of the way from Alexandria and the other areas. It’s located down by the refinery. Breakfast was included but the exact same every day. Fruit options were basically a pear. Maybe I missed this in the information before booking but they charge $15 a day to park and it’s outside the city! I will not be staying here again.
