「Upon arriving the wait to check in was about an hour. We arrived at 3 pm. When getting to the desk we were told there were no rooms available. We expressed our concern that we had a concert in 1.5 hours and were told by the front desk to get ready in the public bathroom. I said I need to shower and was told to use the sink.
My sister then approached and said that was unacceptable and they needed to figure out a solution
5 mins later a manger assists an miraculously found a room for us...
