I love that it was pet friendly and the rooms were clean. The WiFi worked well and the TV had a lot of movie and channel options. The breakfast was also a nice touch. The only thing was the water damage on the ceilings in my room. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the sheets were very thin. That said, the cost was very reasonable and it was in central, convenient location. I’d stay again if ever in the area.

Sewage smell in hallway both days, the fridge was VERY loud and traffic/train sounds all night I guess from being not very insulated against outside sounds. Other than that not bad, but not really good either.

The building was spacious inside. The halls were spacious and the rooms were spacious. Also, the folks at the front desk were very welcoming and gracious. I will recommend GreenStay to all mt family and friends.

The rooms are DARK because they try to be Green, but we found the room to have only about 3 very dim lamps. They definitely save money on electricity!! The place is somewhat run down. Breakfast was the usual.

I stayed 2 nights as I traveled for a funeral. I selected this hotel based on the ratings. When we first arrived, I had to tighten the toilet seat, which was barely screwed on. Its a fairly easy job since you can access the plastic screws from the top and a nut with a phlange underneath the toilet. I'm not sure why the person installing it couldn't tighten the nuts or the people cleaning it hadn't noticed it was loose. We also boticed the toilet was not flushing and the front desk called maintenance who had the problem fixed quickly. Areas of the bathroom like the tub caulk were showing wear or were dirty. The lighting over the 2 mirrors was very dim as was the lighting by the bed and desk. The matresses and pillows could use an upgrade. All but 1 of the 6 pillows were flat and the mattresses had no cushion to them at all. The breakfast was standard microwave scrambled eggs and sausage that tasted odd plus a lot of prepackaged or highly processed foods. If it weren't for the friendly staff, I would have given this hotel a lower rating.

I have stayed here 4-5 times. This was the worst room I’ve had. There were dead bugs and spiders all over the floor. It looked like they hadn’t sold this room to a customer. Just not the standard I am used to here. A little disappointed. Breakfast was good. I was just a bit away from the front.

It was fine. I had stayed here a couple of years ago and it seems it may have gotten a bit more run down? But maybe I am remembering incorrectly. The staff was nice, the coffee option was great. Some of the common areas need a little more attention in cleanliness but the room was adequate. The breakfast was fine. The only time we did a side eye was an unhoused person had set up on their front bench for quite awhile and helped himself to coffee and begging for smokes. It made us a bit uncomfortable. Can't say he caused any harm but with all the vehicles in the lot made us wonder if they were keeping an eye on his whereabouts. It was early so they may have not been aware that he was coming and going?

At 79.00 Expedia is a good value. Had it been 150 that they charge at the counter? I probably wouldn’t have stayed there but it was relatively clean, the room seemed damp and the breakfast was very nice. Thanks again.

Our sheet, mattress cover, and mattress were all stained. We called down and asked for new ones. They brought us some, but said housekeeping was backed up, and would not be able to change it for a while. We tried to change it ourselves, but were had not been given the proper size for our bed. We ended up switching rooms. Also, the air seemed to not be working in the lobby area, and it was very warm.
