This turned out fine, but Expedia had this hotel as a Holiday Inn Express, it is NOT. It is a Comfort Inn, so that was a bit confusing when we were looking for a Holiday Inn Express and found a Comfort Inn at the address. They had our reservation and it worked out fine.

The reason I'm giving this property a 1 star review is because it is not a Holiday Inn Express!! It is now a Comfort Inn. Google Maps had us going in circles looking for a Holiday Inn. Surprise, it doesn't exist. Not even the same family of hotels for people booking for points. There is also not a hot tub. The stay was fine for the price, the staff was nice, but this listing needs updated by someone to reflect what you are actually booking.

This is still marketed as Holiday Inn Express but it’s now Comfort Inn! The property is showing its age and wear and tear! At least they could keep the entrance doors clean!!! No way is this hotel worth $167 per nite!!!!!

Air conditioner didn’t work. It was 90 degrees outside. Water was leaking from the ceiling into a light fixture with live electricity. Hot tub was cemented over.

Finishings are dated but it was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Amazing waffle station at the breakfast bar.

They are in the process of rehabbing the hotel so I'm sure the part of the ceiling that was peeling in our room will be repaired. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

Rooms very clean, comfortable. Breakfast food was good. The only complaint, and a minimal complaint, was the juice machine wasn’t kept filled. When the lady did change the apple juice bags, we still only got water to come out. Also the trash was overflowing. We felt a little more observation from the attendant would have been helpful.

The front desk at check-in was very nice. We left right after checking in and returned hours later and when we got to our room the beds we're leaning towards the headboard. Went to the front desk have a new lady at the desk she was very rude and said how we could miss that when we checked in and why would we wait so long to say something. She did move us but the Bathroom was dirty shower rod was ready to fall off the wall. Went to the front desk for the free cookies the rude desk clerk said I don't know why she told you you could have free cookies since I didn't order them. Heated pool is not heated.
