Beds are comfortable and it was quiet. The room was right next to the gym and surprised that there was such little noise! The television guide didn’t work. No fridge. The floors looked mopped but they were sticky. There is a convenient sound machine but that didn’t work either. Other than this it was very peaceful. I have previously stayed in the wellness rooms which are much better

Cool dining area. Although we wish we could have have tried the steakhouse but it wasn’t open Monday or Tuesdays. The casino area does become very crowded and someone definitely defecated themselves while we were there for a drink at the bar. The rooms themselves are clean and very cute and I can appreciate the bathroom set up. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Springfield

This property was very disappointing. The room was very outdated. When I went to shower there was no shampoo or body wash. The refrigerator in the room was very loud and kept waking me up at night when it kicked in. Overall I would never stay there again.

Nice place to stay, if you want to enjoy the casino, and the restaurants there, not sure the surrounding area is particularly appealing, but there is the basketball Hall of Fame, and some other things. All in all it was a nice facilities, and the casino was lovely and smoke free

It was unusual that despite numerous restaurants in the hotel, none could accommodate reservations for more than 10 people. Even though they were closed during the day and open at night, they couldn't accommodate larger groups. The water pressure in my room was disappointingly weak, and when I notified the hotel, they merely acknowledged it without taking any action or offering compensation. Furthermore, the incessant noise from outside and continuous club music played throughout the night made for an extremely disruptive stay.

The rooms are beautiful and LARGE. Great showers. Everywhere was very clean, including the casinos. My one complaint is the noise. The walls of the rooms are VERY thin. I could hear my neighbor talking. Additionally, someone was getting kicked out in the middle of the night and screaming down the hallway. Not my best night of sleep. Recommend ear plugs.

The room is beautiful, and the staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of food options, and of course the casino, if that's something you enjoy. By the way, the entrance to the main lobby is off a side street, and parking is a bit of a distance away. If you have bags, don't park first - go to the front desk to request help from a valet.

I love this property but they closed the arcade and my kids were really looking forward to that. The movie theatre was great, and bowling is available as well onsite.
