Very unhappy with this rental
This is absolutely unacceptable. I had to go to the unit two times and I was not able to access the lockbox. I also explained to the representative when I called that I felt it was very unsafe conditions in the parking structure which was where the lockbox was. I did not feel safe at all with people that were hanging around the lockbox area. Also, I am an older handicapped woman and I was not made aware that there would be no handicap accessible parking, and that the parking structure would not have an elevator, and that it was far away from the building the unit was in. I had no way to get my luggage down out of the parking structure short of walking around and around down 4 stories of the structure. As a handicapped woman with multiple sclerosis, that was not an option for me. It was not stated anywhere in the listing that there was not any handicap accessible parking available. It also was not stated in the listing that the parking structure was a block and a half away. It also did not state in the listing that there was not an elevator that was accessible for handicapped people.
I sent this email to BOTH VRBO and the owner and I have not heard back yet
