「Very comfortable, well cared for and well equipped home, even if the layout is a bit strange. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. The host was most friendly and helpful. It is a convenient place to stay when visiting Lake James and we will happily stay here again.」

「This tiny cabin is adorable and perfect for 2 adults. What a great location for water fun and mountain hiking. We would come again:). I’m not sure how 6 people would do, perhaps if 4 are small children. Note that the loft is not big enough for an adult to sit up. This did not matter for us. We loved this cabin.」

She ensured that we had coffee and breakfast every morning before we headed out for long days celebrating my sister's wedding in the area. 「Everything you need is there! Bed was comfortable, WiFi was dependable, close enough to get what you need for supplies. Cabin was clean and cozy, we had warm weather for the first 2 days and then the cold front came in and it was spitting snow when we left. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.」

「Great for 2 friends to get out in the country for fishing. Beds are clean and comfortable, and it even had Wi-Fi! Which was unexpected. Great little fire pit to sit around and watch the fireflies. Parking is a small challenge, we found it best to back up down the driveway and park halfway off the driveway to leave room has requested by the owner.」

「We stayed here for an anniversary trip and wanted to be close to everything but not in the middle of it all. This location fit the bill perfectly. You’re very close to neighboring cottages but it was QUIET throughout our time there. The host was very responsive, replying back to a question of mine within 5-10 minutes.
