The room is NOT worth $173 per night! No closer, only a rolling office chair, awful breakfast, and staff wasn't friendly or available. Morning coffee pots were broken, pouring all over the floor, and the staff was inept at helping. Don't recommend anyone to stay here.

We are from Florida were in the area for a funeral and our local family recommended staying here. We only needed to be here one night, but it was convenient, the staff were helpful as we arrived late, it was clean and the breakfast was adequate.

Great place to go and relax to enjoy the nature. Loved the kayaking. Property is older but very relaxing. Looking for a quiet place to unplug, good place to go. We went into Cooperstown for baseball and that was quite a drive. We enjoyed the sites sling the way.

I really enjoyed my stay here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with a warm greeting. Parking was hassle-free, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The shower was spotless with no rust or mildew, and the bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels. The highlight of the morning was definitely breakfast—do not skip the cinnamon roll waffles! The bed was neatly turned down with comfortable sheets. My only minor complaints were the pillows (3 out of 4 were a bit too lumpy or hard for a good night's rest) and the lack of a channel guide for the TV, which made browsing all the available channels a bit of a guessing game. Despite those small issues, it was a pleasant stay!

the rooms are very clean and comfortable; the staff was pleasant. this was the second time we stayed in this chain and both were well worth the money although the breakfast had much more variety in the first one and was better stocked than the one in Springfield NY but all and allit was a good stay and I would book this chain Again
