Check in no body was there. Rundown. Beds sucked. TV didn't work. Not cleaning room after 1st day. Shower sprayer was hung by a wire. Definitely daily price was way to high.

Needs to invest some $$$ to make the outside appearance better. Don't waste $$$ putting wood timbers around trees. that does not improve the appearance. Only makes it look more tacky.

They make you sign up for their membership just for the wifi while charging $279 a night for one person. I regret booking this place.

No Cockroaches!

Every gigglebuth was a flatier, so that was good. The room was immaculate, with little evidence of bedbugs or cockroaches. The updated lighting features were nice, and the housekeepers didn't pound on the door for more than 10 seconds before being turned away. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in Spruce Pine

I love staying here. The staff is so nice. They have updated the rooms so well and they are really clean and comfortable.

Horrible. Never, Ever again. Not worth the money

We were in room 24. Only stayed 1 night. First of all they charged us for our service dog. The toilet did work, had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times to make it work. The manager said itbhas a filter thay needs changed every 10k flushes. Next, there were dead roaches and other bugs allnover the floor, see pictures below. The coffee pot was filthy, o ran to the gas station for coffee. See picture The water from the sink was cloudy, no way drinkable. Womens hygiene products on the floor under the bed, so gross. See picture below Was woke up by neighbors in the parking lot screaming and fighting 2 Rottweilers running loose in parking lot while i was loading my car so i couldnt walk my fog. Spoke to the manager about all the above issues and showed him the pictures. He was not interested and offered no apologies or remedy

Shower had great water pressure but the warm/hot water became scalding hot randomly out of nowhere and burned my foot (see pics). Main room was ok but bathroom was filthy (see overhead fan vent). At checkout, no one was there to inform of issues, just a drop box and phone number.

Price and location was right. Room was clean, stocked with towels, washcloths, small packets of coffee, sweeteners and creamer. Bed was a bit high off the floor for me, sheets and blanket comfortable. Some lighting fixtures in room did not work. Big screen TV was nice, WiFi was fast and always available. All in all I would stay there again.

Room was clean enough, bed was fine. Looks like renovation efforts are under way, but they have a long way to go. Equipment and materials are laying around all over. Very expensive for what is provided and the condition of the property.

Our room came with red satin sheets. Worse sheets to actually try and sleep on. Pillows and blankets slide off the bed as you try and sleep. Property is run down. Great place for workers to stay, not family.. Not cheap although it should be for what you get.
