The property is a little old but very clean and rooms are spacious for a Paris hotel standard. The metro is just about 2 minutes walk down the road and the area looks very safe to me. Several affordable dining options around. Their breakfast was buffet style, and there was something for everyone. Their luxuy brand which is the Mercure hotel is just next door, so if you want more amenities, payup and go there. "
