The mountain water Øyangen and other waters near Lauvåsen offer good opportunities for fishing, boating and swimming. Right on the doorstep you will find skiable and marked trails for short or longer trips. If you prefer alpine skiing, the slopes in Gålå and Kvitfjell are within easy reach.
