「服務態度太差」

「There were no bath towels, hand towels or mat. The shower recess was only partly clean. The internet access they gave us did not work. Very disappointing for a .major hotel.」

「The staff were really lovely but our experience was a little lacking and the hotel is not ideal for toddler families. We somehow ended up on the ground floor off a halway connecting reception and their restaurant in a comically enormous "family double" room with 4 king beds for the three of us. Not an issue in itself but a funny outcome. Travelling with a toddler we'd requested (and twice confirmed!) a cot to be brought to the room. 「The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights. The one thing I will say is that the entire bathroom wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was semi-opaque glass, which was a bit awkward as two friends staying together and i could anticipate this...

「真心奉勸看到這則留言的旅客請耐心看完並選擇其他旅館，免得受一肚子氣。 這家旅館其中一名員工不誠實，退房時櫃檯的男子跟我們說我們必須付現金因為信用卡刷卡機故障了，當我們跟他說我們沒有足夠的現金，甚至把身上的現金攤給他看，這時他說刷卡機可以刷了！我不知道他對現金是否有其他不好的意圖，我只能說真的好巧，刷卡機竟然好了！ 退房後我們在等免費接駁車去機場，五分鐘後計程車到了，這名男子開始幫我們上行李，此時我們問他，這是免費接駁車嗎？此男子這時才說免費接駁車剛走，現在只有計程車可以帶我們去機場，一趟14斐濟幣。我對此非常不滿，並非付不起這14元，而是不甘被欺騙。他如果跟我們說事實，我們也會願意搭；而不是為了這點小錢毀了旅館的聲譽與其他人的努力，甚至是賠上了斐濟的名聲。我們的錢也是辛苦賺來的，不該輕易被騙走。 感謝他讓我給出了第一次的一分，如果有零分可以給絕對是零分。還沒訂房的旅客，你真的還有其他選擇；英語不夠好的旅客，你更是只有被騙的份。斐濟是來渡假的不是來受氣的。」

「This hotel is located on the beach! An amazing spread of breakfast included in your stay. The staff was very helpful especially the lovely young lady VA at the tourist desk. My stay was above and beyond!」
