Worse hotel i ever visited

Location is nt at ol gud... Rooms r vry conjusted, nt at ol comfortable, no parking facility, food was horrible.

bad hotel - expensive!! no value for money

Sleep quality bad as whole night prayers from mosque. bad bathrooms. No control on the hot and cold water. AC is not provided in the rooms and charged extra. Food also bad. You cant order A-La-cart as they only make buffet. so much more to write but that's waste of time.....

Average stay, good location & staff

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, staff was courteous, deluxe rooms are big. Hotel needs renovation. Room cleanliness needs to be improved.

Bad hotel - Bad Management...

I stayed here with my family in June. I got the room in which drainage system was not good. we already informed hotel staff but they are unable to do anything. All for 2 days we stayed in this dirty hotel only because we dont have choice to go to another hotel - Peak season. My kids and wife were so upset. In real - we didnt enjoy the hotel but the Srinagar. Even more we need to use other rooms Toilets even in night as well. My kids use hotel blankets for loooo in angry. hahahahhahaa... other Guest will use that dirty blankets. Very bad service of the hotel. No Hospitality service even in peak time - worried what in low season when they dont have business. there are lots of best hotel. go with other and avoid this hotel.

Highly personalized service

Hotel service is exceptional as they would take all possible efforts to make your stay comfortable. However this is not a luxury hotel and therefore expectations have to be set accordingly.

visit srinagar

my recent visit to srinagar was significant in one way that i was staying in a hotel for the first time though i have family links in srinagar. Hotel staff is extremely helpful especially the manager and md. Rafiq. They made me extremely comfortable and feel at home. There is lot of concern given to the visitors personal space and security
