「We booked five rooms for eight nights at Hotel Szafran for our group of ten. We were very pleased with the rooms - plenty of space and quite comfortable and clean. Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. Every member of our group commented that the hotel was simply perfect for...

「very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly」

「Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.」
