“This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.”

“Lovely location right across from a very nice beach on the Black Sea. Spacious rooms and good service. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but do recommend ”

We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.”

“For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!”

“Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était fonctionnelle et très propre. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine qui avait l’air tres agréable. Une seule petite critique : les oreillers étaient vraiment trop durs pour mes veilles vertèbres.”
