"The room was on the 2nd floor although I advised at time of booking, of my mobility issues with stairs. No elevator! The room was a dark and dingy room with dingy carpet noting the room didn’t have an outside window for fresh air; only a door opening above an indoor pool and as you can see, NO steps ..."

"The mattress had a huge dip. We had a terrible sleep. Management unhelpful, said it was my responsibility to notify them from an old problem that was easy to see. Its not customers’s responsibility to inform staff when they need to change a mattress!!!"
