「We have stayed at this hotel several times. This particular stay, there happened to be a baseball game at the nearby stadium. The hotel parking was full, which caused an additional cost to park elsewhere. The desk attendant stated people often used their parking even though they are not hotel guess. My opinion, hotel guess should not have to pay for parking at other locations. Our room was on the 15th floor and the sheets were like sleeping on a brown paper bag (very crunchy). First time...

「The stay was pretty nice. The room was pretty nice but it was a bit warm and the thermostat was programmed and couldn’t be changed manually. The elevator in the west bldg was hot and the hallways were too hot. The parking was overly expensive. I believe when you’re paying for the hotel the parking should never be that expensive. We had reservations for one type of room ahead of time then got stuck with what they had left which was not fair either.」

「This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. 「Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. 「Parking here is not free with the hotel stay. Rooms are at least 300.00 if not more a room but you have to pay 42.00 to park. Then you leave parking lot to go site seeing and dinner come back and have to park even further away from hotel but still paying 42.00. Its not right.」
