- A beautiful detached house is an ideal base for visiting the historic town of St Andrews, offering stunning sandy beaches, walking and cycling routes, and an abundance of golf courses right on your doorstep.
The property is beautiful and bright, with modern decor, positioned at the end of a quiet street (no passing traffic), with lovely landscaped gardens with decking/patio - ideal for BBQs.
With three bedrooms (2 x Twin and 1 x Super King), the house suits families, golfers or couples wishing to step off the world for a while and relax in the home of golf. A small dog is welcome!
The royal burgh of St. Andrews is a university town, the home of golf and a former fishing port in Fife council area and historic county, Scotland. There is a wide selection of golf links nearby, which rank among the finest in the world.

Issues
No directions were left to understand how the appliances worked. Coffee machine not usable for regular coffee pods.
No heat was available when we arrived. Could not find the thermastat until the next morning. Hidden behind tv in the living room. the timer was set that kept turning the heat down and there were no instructions on how to modify the thermastat settings. The thermastat on the hall wall did not work (was not functoning due to installation of a new one but we were not told that). Remove the hall thermastat to avoid cconfusion in the future.
No bin available for paper reccycling though was told it was there.
Light in bathroom was not functioning properly.
Bed mattress was way too soft.
Ad refered to dryer but only a washer was there for laundry.
