1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

oh. my. gosh. This is THE most awesome little spot for St. Augustine. It is located right behind St. George St, so right in the heart of the action. We had the 3rd floor apartment. It was very cute, with a separate bed and living area, a little kitchen, and a balcony off the side. Because there are only 3 units it was quiet (although you can hear noise from the street, which is expected). The unit comes with parking but be aware, it's a bit of a hike to the parking garage (at the visitor's center). So when you get there, park in the front on the sidewalk, unload your stuff, and grab the parking pass and get your space. Per the host, parking can be an issue as the day goes on but we got in at 4pmish on a Friday and had no issues with parking. It is a 10 minute, half mile walk to the parking garage, so just keep that in mind if you are traveling with someone who may have mobility issues, or if you're traveling during bad weather. At the worst you could uber it there/back for very cheap. We were there during good weather and it was not an issue for us getting there/back and we never had an issue finding parking (We were only there 1 day to be fair). All in all, you cannot get a better location in St. Augustine. I certainly look forward to staying at this location again in the future. Also you will get an email or a message in Expedia from the host with the front door log in code and the unit log in code. These codes are changed frequently for safety.

Place is adorable. Clean. Decorated smart!! Awesome 3rd floor stay!The only issue was the outside noise which ya’ll can’t control understandably. People were throwing glass bottles into dumpsters across from the house at 1am. Not one or two , many. Again we know you can not control the environment. Just a very loud pathway outside. We were driving since 4:30am and your place was an in-between our destination. Quick in and out. So sleep was important.

Great location. Didn’t need the car at all! Lovely accommodations for our little family of three. Comfy bed and bedding. Super clean. Only complaint is that if you are a light sleeper (like me) it is very loud in the alley and you can hear everything. Although I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the sound machine!

Such an adorable property right in the downtown area making it convenient for just about everything. It was the perfect size for two adults. There was a balcony with a table for two which invited us for breakfast every morning watching passers by.

The space is beautiful and the view is amazing. Comfortable walking distance to pretty much everything. Parking included. The bed is very soft and the house is charming with lots of bright space. Check in and out were seamless. It is in the heart of everything, so there is a little noise from outside, but a sound machine is provided to drown out some of it, which is a very thoughtful touch.

Excellent! All amenities were in place in the kitchen. Bedroom on third floor was amazing, with soft layered of clean ,crisp white bedding, did I mention the pillows? Like creamy clouds of soft bosoms. We didn’t want to leave.
