This was a lovely condo and had everything we needed. The location provided easy access to the beach and was conveniently located to restaurants and groceries. The property manager responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo and our stay in beautiful St. Augustine. The combo was impeccably clean and the location to the pool and the beach was perfect. We had so much fun and will certainly return!

Nice condo, beautiful peach, lovely pool

This nice condo features 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, and a really well stocked kitchens. The access to the beach is a bit long, so a beach wagon is a must . The condo has a beach wagon (we brought our own) beach chairs and toys. We cooked in the kitchen part of the time, but it's also close to restaurants. The elevator is at the end of the walkway away from the parking lot. We had trouble finding it. It was comfortable and lots of fun. When we played games at night, we had to use a beach chair to accomodate the 5 of us. But there are plenty of places to eat.

We loved being so close to the beach. Awesome beach for walking and kids playing Heated pool was a hit with our family. Overall excellent, seemed to us a little more cleaning and possibly a bit of updating would be an improvement. We would certainly come again!

Absolutely wonderful

My family and i stayed here for a long weekend. The condo is stunning and comfortable. Everything was easy. Quiet neighbors. Right on the water. Super close to downtown. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely book again in the future.

Oceans Villa - the perfect family location

The condo itself is perfect. Equipped with everything you’d need. Beach toys, pool toys, nice kitchen Dishes which isn’t always the case. The two pools allow plenty of pool Space, the beach is breath taking! We’re thankful we found the perfect family rental for all of our upcoming stays at St Augustine Beach

Fall Break

Fall break trip with the family. Condo was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Two well-maintained pools. Nice short walk to the ocean. Responsive owner. Highly recommend!

First of all- Thanks for allowing my family and I to enjoy your condo. David, you were so attentive to any of our needs/questions. The condo was clean and comfortable.The location was superb.Only disappointment has to be the way too early checkout time of 10:00- David, PLEASE give us just 1 more hour of enjoyment before we have to travel back to reality🙏!!

Great stay and location!

The property was very nice. Huge balcony! The 3 bedrooms allowed us enough space so everyone could be on whatever sleep schedule they wanted. The condo was well appointed. The mornings could be kept as dark as you wanted with the blinds etc. plenty of good lighting in the condo. Everything worked. We used the Smart TV in the living room without any problems. There were TVs in all bedrooms but we did not use those.Great view of the lagoon pool. Easy walk to the beach past the second pool. It was nice being able to see the ocean from the front door. The pools seemed to be cleaned each morning. The landscaping around the property was very nice. You can tell that is important to the owners/association. The location was great. Easy drive to the restaurants around the pier area as well as to the south about a half mile to Publix. Communication was prompt and 2 small questions were answered quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, steps to pool & beach

Overall, we were very happy. The inside of the unit was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony overlooked the pool and was very spacious. It was just steps to a lovely beach where we spent lots of time walking and enjoying the ocean and scenery. There were 2 pools at the complex. Both were lovely, but we spent most of our time at the heated pool. The biggest negative was the mattresses, especially in the king master. My husband and I had to move into the room with the twin beds after the first night. They weren’t great, but were much better than the king. Also, the patio was really dirty. The tables and chairs had quite a layer of dirt on them so we had to clean them ourselves. The unit definitely needs some updating, but overall was very nice and I would recommend it. I would STRONGLY urge the owner to invest in decent mattresses for the king & Queen rooms though.

Family Vacation

This was a large family vacation, 34 people all together. We had 5 condos booked at Ocean Villas, 1 private home, and a hotel room at Embassy Suites. Everyone was traveling from WI, and all were arriving at different times. Our flights were changed last min so we now were arriving earlier than expected. I requested an early check in but unfortunately it didn't work for the owner. This I can understand but not only did we not get to check in early but instead the condo was still being cleaned at check in time. We are a family of 6 that had been traveling since 2am and now we're sitting outside of our condo with all of our luggage and groceries! The floors were wet, the towels were damp, kitchen cabinet door was hanging from the hinges, drawer front fell off as we opened it, very disappointing start to the vacation. Meanwhile everyone else was checked in, most of which were early check ins, enjoying the beautiful Florida afternoon.
