Anniversary family trip

Celebrated 45th anniversary with grown kids and grands. This was perfect! Just the right distance to walk easily back and forth from beach and the pool was awesome for the stormy afternoons. Lots of pool toys and kitchen stocked great! And seeing the fireworks in comfort of the de is were great!

Clean and Beautiful

The house was perfect for our mini family vacation. Very easy walk to the beach. Plenty of everything we needed for 4 days of family fun and relaxing. The house was cleaned well and we enjoyed the ping pong table, shuffle board table in the garage. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Another Great Stay

We have stayed on the island numerous times and keep coming back to this location and this house. Great area to get to downtown St. Augustine, walk to great food and bars and easy access to the beach-at the end of the street. The house is beautiful, has easy check in/check out, great amenities and managing staff was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. We will definitely rent this property again.

Very nice house!

It was a really nice house. The top floor, where the kitchen and family area was located was exceptional. It was also easy to get to the town of Saint Augustine with all the historical landmarks.

This was our first time to St. Augustine and we absolutely loved your house! It was easy to find, close to the beach, the layout was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, all the decks and the elevator. Other aspects we enjoyed were the large island in the beautiful kitchen. Thanks for providing beach chairs as well.

40th wedding anniversary family getaway

The home is beautiful and extremely comfortable for a family celebration. We stayed over Christmas, but the very heated pool saved the day for family swim time. The location cannot be beat. Sunrise viewing from the porches were an additional bonus. The host and his family have provided an inviting and warm home for your family vacation.

Great Stay For Family Wedding

We had a great stay, 9 adults for immediate wedding weekend and 6 for balance of the week. Plenty of flexible space, great spots to relax, fun times by the pool. Location is great for beach, town etc. Publix and several restaurants nearby although we rarely made it past The Beachcomber lol. We are local to Jax and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family who travelled in from the UK etc.

Wonderful Stay Despite the Rain

This home was perfect for my family. I was especially pleased with the responsiveness of Chelsea Powers, the property manager. It was great swimming in the heated pool in the rain. The children had a blast. We also enjoyed the games in the garage. The location was good and a short, beautiful walk to the beach.

This house is 5 stars but I would give it 6 if I could. Perfect for our group. The kids couldn't decide what they loved more - the pool, garage games, or the beach! The adults loved the comfort of the home, all the porches, and special touches. The beach access was so convenient. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. We were very thankful for the responsiveness of the property manager as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing 16 F Street

This is a special home, beautiful & comfortable with plenty of space for our extended family of nine. Large kitchen has everything, dining & family room kept everyone together but not crowded. Porches are great. Elevator was handy. We really enjoyed coming & going to the wide beautiful beach or just floating in the heated salt water pool, cool nights were no problem. Safe quiet street with no traffic. We walked to restaurants & fun spots. Housekeeping service was ready to help. Highly recommend!

Perfect house with a great location!

We absolutely loved it! It’s a lovely home, spacious and comfortable! Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. The beds were super comfortable! The walk to the beach was super easy and of course the beach is spectacular. The pool was nice and private-loved it. I honestly didn’t think we’d use the pink pong table or shuttle board but we had such a fun time with those! We loved that we could walk to restaurants. The Beachcomber was a favorites from years ago and we were thrilled when we found we could walk there in no time. We also enjoyed shopping at the little surf shop across the street. We all had a great time. Thank you! Looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect getaway home for families

This home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures look amazing already but once you arrive on property and step inside you will see just how special this beautifully decorated home is. We had two families with a total of 5 children ranging from age 2 to 11 and everyone in our group loved the home. The owners and property manager were all so friendly and easy to get ahold of when needed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax for a week without feeling on top of each other, game room was a hit, pool was perfect for unwinding on day 1 and after long days at the beach. Even with a hurricane threatening our trip, we were more than happy to have this spacious home to hang out in. Super easy walk to the beach on nice days, very short drive to grocery store, plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and a quick drive to all the tourists attractions. We can’t wait to go back.
