We enjoyed our stay, we would stay here again. Our host was great,she answered all questions in a timely manner. Our only complaint was the trash containers were quite a way from the condo.

We went to this part of Florida to do some birding and just be by the ocean, so we just wanted a place to stay for a week where we could do our own cooking etc. This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, quiet, good location for doing day excursions and it was very comfortable. Stacy was excellent to work with before, during and after our stay. Should we ever go back to St. Augustine we would definitely book it again!

Great condo. Everything is clean and in great shape. The neighborhood is quiet yet near great restaurants, beaches and just a short distance from Old St Augustine. Stacy is responsive and informative. This has been our favorite VRBO!

Stacy was great in accommodating some last minute changes to our schedule due to health issues. Dedicated parking for the unit was conveniently located right outside the front door. The unit was clean and located very close to the Ampitheater which was great. We will definitely remember this unit for future visits to St. Augustine.

Very well stocked Condo! The hostess was very quick to answer any questions we had. Very clean, safe location with parking right outside front door. Location is exceptional to go to beach or historic downtown. Many great restaurants within 5 miles and the Ron Parker Memorial Recreation Park just down road on left! Plan to stay another time here when visiting St. Augustine. Thank You!
