Luxury Villa with heated pool, spa/hot tub, dock, near beach, Sunsets!

  • Better than the beach! Thats what our guests tell us. This property is for the family that wants the best of what St. Augustine has to offer.

Buena Vista is a beautiful, newly renovated luxury house directly on the Intracoastal Waterway across from downtown St. Augustine. 3 king bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, for 4 kids or adults. The fifth has a day bed-twin bed with twin trundle. There are 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Completely renovated in 2018, this house is beautifully finished, with new beds, new furniture, new everything. The kitchen will wow you. Brand new modern cabinets, top of the line Jenn-Air appliances, built in 42" refrigerator, 6 burner range, and equipment for the gourmet chef. The covered veranda overlooks the Matanzas River, with the sailboat fleet directly in front and the ancient city skyline behind it. The picturesque Bridge of Lions twinkles in the evening, just a few hundred yards upriver. 5 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to everything. This is the best location in St. Augustine.
Bring your boat or fish right off the dock-the fishing in the Matanzas is excellent-the Atlantic is only a mile through the inlet.
Just 1 mile from Anastasia State Park- one of the 'worlds best beaches", with boat rentals, kids playground, snack bar, restrooms, plenty of parking.

Sip cocktails on the veranda , or in the spa as the tour boats pass in the river, the sun sets over the water, or as the City lights up in the evening. The views are spectacular. You will never tire of them.

The pool and spa are heated for year-round use. 4 bikes and 2 double kayaks are provided. We also have fishing poles for guest use.

This is a very special property that will provide your family with memories of a lifetime.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We have over 15 years experience with 99% 5 star reviews in seven properties. This is our finest achievement in luxury rentals.
Please note: this is a residential, family neighborhood, not intended for spring break groups, loud parties or similar.
This house rents from Saturday to Saturday only

Wonderful vacation rental! One of the best rentals we've experienced with plenty of room for our entire family (3 married couples, 2 teenagers, 4 preteens). The kids loved the pool and enjoyed fishing from the dock as well as riding bikes and using the kayaks. We loved watching the dolphins that would come by. The kitchen was filled with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans and space to store groceries. We toured St. Augustine and loved all the shops and eateries. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub overlooking the water. The paddle board and Kayak were huge hits and the guys loved fishing off the dock in the evenings. We got to see dolphins, turtles and we even saw a shark a couple of days. The house has absolutely everything you can think of for cooking, baking, Grilling or whatever Awesome location! I would definitely book this home again.
