Wonderful place to stay, right on the beach and was so close to everything to walk or drive! Had access to do laundry as well which is always a plus. Only thing is spotty cell signal which may have caused the tv to lag a bit when using the remote but other then that I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank y’all so much for hosting us!

Great location, beach access on both ends of the block, one just two doors down. Beautiful beach, stores within easy biking distance. Comfortable bed. Unit is perfect for a couple. Only minuses- no stove, but there is convection/toaster oven that worked well. There is no view from the unit, which is a ground floor apartment, but it is so close to the beach that it is well worth the very reasonable cost. We were here to surf, sightsee, and visit family, and this fit the bill.

Great beach rental at an affordable price

Loved our stay here. Plenty of room and comfortable bed. No oven/stove top, but countertop burners available.would stay here again

Renters Beware-Property NOT as listed

First;- There was no pull out sofa bed as advertised, it was a couch with recliners.I would have never rented this cottage for 4 people knowing that 1 guest had to sleep on the floor.- The blow up bed in the closet had a hole in it and would not stay inflated.- The A/C air filter was so clogged up it would hardly blow air out of the vents, not to mention dust blowing through the vents causing allergic reactions to everyone.- The refrigerator had eggs left from previous renter- Steps to the beach were more like blocks of walking.- We tried to keep up with the sand but were left with a broken broom and the vacuum; the smell coming out of it would gag you. "Just Disgusting" - Bathroom exhaust fan does not work.- The bathroom window doesn't lock.- Soap dispenser in the kitchen doesn't work.- There were only 2 little hand soaps to wash hands, no toiletries- No extra linen for anything. just pillow cases.- The coffee pot had used coffee left in it.- There was trash in the trash receptacle outside.- The dog run cords outside are a trip hazard and dont work. The harness clasps are rusted closed...so just an eyesore being left there The towels left for us to use smelled of weed and cigarettes!- Landscaping with weeds, dead palm in the front not like the pictures advertised and the front porch was just sad to sit outside...beautiful properties all around but not this one ..embarrassed to walk to this cottage

Beach Getaway

The beach was lovely and we enjoyed St. Augustine. Would have enjoyed an oven in the kitchen. Challenging to cook a full meal.

Great little place

We had a great time. The house is small but very clean and in a great location. The AC wasn’t working when we first arrived but the property manager was responsive and had a technician there within an hour to fix it. I would definitely recommend to others.

An honest review

Home was located 4 doors from the public access 2nd row back. The only shower was broke, exhaust didn't work, refrigerator was so loud and noisy it kept us up at night, although fenced in back yard there was no door access to get to it. You had to go out the front door, through a gate to get to the back yard. Dont shut the tv off because you'll lose wifi signal and have to spend 20 min resetting the router which is in the owners upstairs unit. Only window worth looking out of is the front door which the owner installed frosted tint over so you can't see out anyway. Nice location, horrible accommodations. Actually left a day early. Not worth the money.

February get away

The property is in a great location. Its clean and has the basics. We made do okay without a stove. Marty and Dallas were quick to help us with our TV issues. My only suggestion would be a "visitor's book". A list of local restaurants, closest urgent care and instructions for tv, washer and dryer. We would come back to this property again.

Relaxing stay at the beach

My husband, myself, and our Golden Retriever puppy had a relaxing few days at the beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher or a stove/oven; however, a microwave, toaster oven and toaster were provided. We brought along a griddle and small travel grill which provided all we needed. Marty was responsive to any issues or questions we had. The location was wonderful! The beach cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and there were several nice walkways over to the beach. We would stay there again.

Lovely, Quiet Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was updated and clean with a comfortable bed, it was a very short walk to a beautiful beach, and just a short drive from everything you’d want to see in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very good location, it’s small and there isn’t a full size stove, just a two burner counter top stove. Very nice neighborhood. So glad they are pet friendly.

Good Memorial Day weekend

My wife and I enjoyed our stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The property and the location were ideal for us. The beach walkover is located just a few houses down from the property making access to the beach extremely easy. Marty was a big help before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rent this location in the future.

Lovely getaway

My husband and I and our fur baby stayed here for a long weekend. We had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet but close to everything and directly across from the beach! We sat on the front porch listening to the waves in the evening. The fence was missing a piece so it was not fully enclosed (understandable after the storm). This was not an issue for us as we weren’t worried about our dog running around without a leash, but some may want to know if that is back up. Also, we didn’t have WiFi or TV, but didn’t even report or reach out because we were there to enjoy each other and decided we didn’t need it! Overall great place for a quick getaway. We will be back!!

Things to be aware of when you rent this.

The pictures are a bit deceiving, you don't have direct beach access, it's not just steps away , you have to walk down a few houses to get to the ramp in the photo. The house was clean, except for a little dust in the closet. I only bring that up for the amount of money you pay for cleaning charges and other fees associated with cleaning. Overall it felt like a hotel room though, and honestly I wish I would have just gone with one. There's only cable, no Netflix , Disney + ,etc. . They also say the kitchen was a "well equipped efficiency" kitchen but like I said this place is like a hotel room = a Microwave and a fridge, no oven or even toaster oven . I feel like for a house rental there needs to be more , and more honesty.
