- Beach Haven on Anastasia Island is a quick 10-minute drive south of downtown St. Augustine. It’s ideal for a relaxing beach getaway or an active trip! The heated in-ground pool provides a safe area for kids and adults. The quiet neighborhood features vacationers and year-round residents on a dead-end street. The beach is a two-minute walk via a scenic wooden walkway with stunning views of the dunes and ocean. Local wildlife includes turtles, rabbits, and birds, great for birdwatchers! We welcome children and pets for a small fee. Just minutes from restaurants and shopping, St. Augustine is dog-friendly with many outdoor dining options. There are 44 dog-friendly activities in the area, plus watercraft rentals, golfing, museums, art galleries, and historic sites. *The pool can be heated to 84 degrees for an additional $200 per week, with requests needed at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Note that we do not heat the pool from Memorial Day to mid-September.

We have rented numerous properties in the area and this was by far the best. We loved the pool and patio area. The master suite upstairs was perfect for my husband and I and our kids and grandkids stayed downstairs. Privacy and togetherness at the same time ! Easy access to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Highly recommend

Excellent for Relaxing Vacation

One block away from beach access, neighborhood quiet, access to surrounding locations, all a plus for our trip. We visit once a year from St. Petersburg and will look into this property again on our next visit.

Great spot close to beach
Charming clean house with comfortable beds. Steps from wonderful beach. We loved the pool-we had an issue with the pool heater upon arrival and management was quick to remedy.

Walk to beach!
The home is well appointed and well maintained. The host and property manager are very responsive. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which is a beautiful one nice and wide and soft sand.

Perfect Family Vacation
This property was even better in person! We loved every minute of our stay. Marty provided a beautiful home equipped with all the essentials. It was truly an amazing vacation experience with our children. There is a whole cabinet full of fun! Including board games and puzzles that we loved doing together. Highly recommend to anyone and we would go back yesterday if we could.

Perfect comfort while In town for a celebration of life of a friend.
This house, location, accommodations could not have been more perfect. We also have rentals and stay in other rentals often. This was one of the best. You will not be disappointed if you choose this vacation rental.

Peaceful retreat
I had a great time . The house was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the pool . Conveniently located , just a short walk to the beach. We saw turtles, rabbits, and tons of birds…. And with such a short drive to St Augustine, this place was perfect for us.
