This was our first time staying at this unit, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. Check in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. It was very convenient for our purposes and near restaurants and shopping. A good choice for any trip to the St. Augustine Beach area.

Amazing condo! Beautifully decorated. Excellent location. Love the layout and views from the condo. This will be our first choice if we come back to the area. Nice personal note from Kelly when we arrived. Was so nice to just fly in and not worry about packing shampoo, etc as condo is stocked with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It’s in a great location, close to everything. Easy to walk to breakfast or dinner. The unit was just as described, very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. Tons of space, great amenities in the kitchen and throughout. Nice having TVs in all the bedrooms . Owners/property managers were very easy to contact with questions and provided all the info we needed to have a great stay. .

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine over New Year’s Eve! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pier, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was being able to watch the fireworks right from the property, which made the celebration extra special. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing and festive getaway!

Excellent location in north side of the beach and walkable to several excellent restaurants, coffee and donuts/sweets, Condo is straight facing the ocean so both the balcony and master bedroom have killer views of the water Older community but fully renovated, immaculate and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again. Hosts were excellent!!

Nice family vacation

We had a great time! The condo was everything that we expected and more. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach when we weren’t sightseeing. Loved the walkability to the restaurants, we enjoyed Salt Life a few times. Island Doughnuts is a must along with Mayday ice cream. We will definitely be back to St. Augustine and would stay at the property again!

Beach lovers

We were extremely happy with the location and the view. The condo was very comfortable especially the beds. Easy walk to great restaurants. Live band at the pier on Wednesday a great surprise bonus. We’ve also stayed at Ocean Trace but I liked this location better. We will visit again.

Beachfront getaway

Great location-convenient to restaurants, historic downtown and the beach. Unit was very clean, had all you need for meal prep if thats what you want to do. Plenty of bath towels. Its nice to have a washer/dryer if needed. The view is as posted-you see the ocean from the master bedroom and living room.

Great Place at the Beach

Wonderful, clean condo in a perfect location in an absolutely beautiful place. St Augustine Beach is steps away, as are wonderful restaurants and treats. We hardly needed the car while relaxing in and around the property, in the pool or porch, was a fabulous stay. Had everything we needed and great communication. I hope to return, for real.

Excellent rental! Super nice and updated on the interior. Great amenities on the inside. The porch view was perfect for the pool and ocean. Smart TVs were great for when our kids were ready to unwind. Awesome location for food. Sunset Grille, Salt Shack, Antonio’s Pizza, Island Donuts, and Mayday Ice cream are all within walking distance. — Owners had great communication as well. We will be back there sometime!!

Great views

This condo had great views of the pool area and the beach. The condo is well equipped, and we cooked in most nights and enjoyed our down time. The beds were comfy and all linens provided make it much easier for travel. The condo is in an ideal area, surrounded by great restaurants that you can walk to and listen to music. We made frequent visits to the donut shop next door on one side and the ice cream shop on the other!
