Totally renovated and upgraded throughout. Open redesigned gourmet kitchen with beautiful Silestone countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, wood cabinets with pot drawers, arched pass-through breakfast bar with barstool seating. 18" ceramic tile flooring throughout. Living room comfortably seats 8 for entertaining. Master suite has an I-Comfort memory foam king size bed, redesigned bathroom with expanded vanity and drawers, tiled shower. Washer/dryer in unit. Three flat screen TV's. Private secure WiFi. Park right outside the condo with no steps into the ground floor unit. This year was extremely disappointing with this unit due to the roach infestation. Although Summerhouse sprayed, it had no effect on the amount of roaches seen on kitchen floor and in every cabinet and drawer. Very disappointed.

I usually have to run dishes, silverware, etc in the dishwasher. I was told it was a new cleaning group and they did a great job. Thank you.

So happy with the new front storm door. Was upset with the ruling of only 2 parking passes, as I had a friend come for dinner each night and I had to give him my car to come back and forth.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed this year. We brought a guest with us and there were several things that we were disappointed in. Diana in the office is rude and uncaring about any issues you experience. She does not follow through or keep notes of guests she has spoken with. Our glass sliding door to the beach could not be opened. It took her 3 days and me mentioning it was a fire hazard to get her to have a sense of urgency to fix the problem. I asked for a partial refund since we could not use the glass sliding door for 3 entire days and she would not return my calls until I told the receptionist I would be filing a complaint with the board. She left a message on my phone stating she had no idea what the problem was and could I let her know what the problem was because she had no notes. Is there not a maintenance log by unit? We weren't allowed to check in as early as we could have because there is such a lack of communication between the cleaning crew and the office. I am paying for that day and would like to be in the unit as early as possible. You insist we are out at 10:00 but there is no rhyme or reason for the times we can get into the unit. I am requesting a refund for the inconveniences and rudeness I experienced while at Summerhouse and the lack of professionalism of returning calls and resolving the issues with Diana.

Only issue was that the icemaker in the frig kept getting blocked up.

The condo unit had a few issues, but overall nice stay.The biggest issue was the roaches. We actually sprayed the unit several times and there were many dead roaches after spraying. I have stayed at Summerhouse many times and never had that issue before...
