We enjoyed our stay at the Oyster House! Gorgeous views-ocean on one side and marsh on the other. Home was very clean and beds super comfortable. Owners were very accommodating and always quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the property’s location. It’s very easy to get on the beach. The property was very clean, spacious, and decorated so nicely. The kitchen is amazing and was thoroughly used. The property owner promptly took care of any needs that came up.

Great location, beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The morning views were terrific! Just a quick walk across the street and you're at the beach for beautiful sunrises! Our family picked up some beautiful shells, completely intact (which in my opinion is rare!). Grocery story is so convenient being just a few minutes away! And so easy to get to the downtown area. Would stay here again for sure! Very nice and accommodating management!

80th Birthday celebration

Everything we needed was included other than the food.

Property was very clean, well managed and updated nicely. As seen in other reviews, main coastal Highway runs next to property not that big of a deal. Separated downstairs and having four bedrooms, made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

Wonderful stay!

Had siblings together for an 80th birthday gathering. The house was great - clean, nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen, good location just a short drive from downtown and well stocked with incidentals! The only funky issues were the access from downstairs to upstairs main floors was an outside stairway and access to one of the downstairs bedrooms was thru the other bedroom. But there are separate baths and each did have outside access from inside. We had a wonderful time!!!

Great home and hosts!

From the moment we booked Karina & Randy we’re on top of it. Sent a great outline of how everything worked, codes, WiFi log ins etc, a very good read when going to a place you have never been. On top of that, two different storms/hurricanes came thru , one just passed as we were coming in, and they did a great job of re assuring us before we got there of the weather and what to expect. All of our previous hosts were very good, but feel these two went beyond expectations! We will be back in the future.

This is an amazing house accommodating our big family of 7. Spacious living area and kitchen. Everything needed is easily accessible. The owner made it a designer beach house and experience. Lots of cabinets to organize and outdoor dining space. There’s also a closet next to laundry with tents, beach toys, chairs, surfing boards etc. my boys really enjoyed those amenities. Overall, fabulous experience and we can tell Randy and Karina are doing their best to give their guests the most memorizable and unique tome in the house

Great beach house

Lovely house, beach is right across the street. Street is a bit busy though. House is well stocked and convenient location. 2 bedrooms downstairs are totally separate and you need to go up steps outside to get to main house. It’s great for different generation families.kitchen is huge and fully functional. Mattress in master is a bit hard and water pressure in master in shower is terrible. Everywhere else was fine. Overall, very comfortable house and 15 minute ride to historic downtown. Quiet area by the beach which was incredible. Felt like we had it to ourselves

Great Beach Location

This property is super close to the beach, views of the beach and marsh were beautiful. Kitchen is big! Communication with host was good. The only downside to this property was that my husband had some sort of allergy to something in the house and we had to leave early, pets are allowed so perhaps there had been a cat. Also the blinds and the living room furniture need a good cleaning. I did communicate with the host and she said they would give the house a good cleaning.

Location!! Odd setup - worked for us!

Great house directly across road from beach, super quick walk. 15 or so minutes to old town St Augustine. Be aware that the 2 downstairs bedroom/bathrooms are not accessible by interior stairs. To join the living area and kitchen you must climb a flight of exterior deck stairs. We didn't mind at all. As 4 active adult couples it worked for us, but might not for all. Kitchen is enormous and well stocked for feeding a big group. We enjoyed the views, the comfy spaces, and the thoughtful supplies. Communication was fantastic and the visitor guide is complete and accurate. We separately contacted the owners about a few minor maintenance issues.

Great Family Stay

What a great stay for the whole family. the house was perfect for our needs. Privacy for the adult children downstairs, and privacy for the parents upstairs. Everyone commented on the size of the kitchen. It is amazingly big for a rental. It had everything we needed. We loved the large windows that looked out at the ocean. With the house being so close to every place we wanted to go-Jacksonville, Amelia Island and, of course, St. Augustine. Can't beat a place that is only 2 miles away from Publix, either. The decor was lovely and made it feel cozy. We appreciated the extras you left for us-a closet filled with beach gear, plenty of towels and other supplies in the bathrooms, a huge laundry room and the great amount of kitchen supplies. Having a clean home was also a big plus. Thank you to Karina for answering all my questions so quickly. This will be a trip we won't soon forget!

The home was nice, clean, and fit everyone well. We had 10 guests and it felt spacious. It is just steps to the beach. There are plenty of nice bathrooms. There is laundry on site. The views are relaxing with partial ocean and partial intracoastal waterway views. This gives great sunrise and sunset ambiance. The location is close to saint Augustine. There is a grocery store right down the road. The host was quick to respond to all messages and was kind. Checking in and out was easy. We would stay again and will keep it in mind for future trips.
