St. Augustine Beach Pier, beach strip, and island attractions such as the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Alligator Farm are all within a 5 mile drive, just over the historic Bridge of Lions.
Saragossa Sunshine is furnished and equipped with you in mind! The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed and a large screen TV. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
