The primary bedrooms has a king size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed, which is a favorite for families. The ensuite primary bathroom allows for privacy and convenience. Just a short stroll away, you’ll find the private community beach access—only 450 steps from your door—where you can embark on sunrise walks, invigorating runs, or leisurely bike rides along the shore. After a day of seaside adventures, unwind on your serene lagoon front patio with a cool beverage in hand or enjoy your favorite show in one of the fully electric recliners. The Sea Winds community enhances your lifestyle with amenities such as a sparkling pool, hot tub, and a brand new pickleball / tennis court. All these amenities while providing direct access to the St. Augustine Beach. This non-smoking unit is perfect for those seeking a peaceful yet vibrant coastal living experience.
