  • Welcome to The Southern Charmer! Nestled in the serene Lincolnville neighborhood, this 2BR, 1.5BA retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard, a cozy balcony, and a charming front porch. Just a 12-min walk to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, you'll be close to the city's best restaurants, bars, and historical sites. Plus, Vilano Beach is only a 12-min drive away. Experience the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience at The Southern Charmer!

    LIVING ROOM: Queen sofa pull out, Smart TV, 3x Accent chairs (Sleeps 2).
    KITCHEN: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Electric range, Microwave, Keurig-Style/Drip (combo) Coffee Machine, Toaster, Blender, Crockpot, Electric water kettle, Kitchen island w/ two seats (can be used at dining table).

This place is the perfect location for walking downtown! We took long walks everyday to down town and the waterfront. It's great not having to worried about parking either! Communication with the host very responsive and efficient. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in the downtown St. Augustine area.

The hosts were very responsive and kind, offering us insight into local tours and places to see. The home is located centrally to the downtown area and there is even a trolley stop right at the end of the street! The walks downtown and to the local coffee shop, just a couple streets away, were so nice. Definitely a great trip!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the ease of check-in and check-out. We were able to contact our hosts with any questions and they were more than willing to help. Perfect place to stay when visiting St. Augustine, especially if you want to be located close to downtown! If you drive a larger vehicle, parking may be a little tight, but other than that it was lovely!

Destination wedding stay

My husband and I stayed 4/4-4/7/25 to attend our son’s destination wedding at The Lightner Museum. Michael & Gia were kind enough to allow our small fur babies to stay with us on property which was very much appreciated! The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved that it was located within walking distance to the Historic Downtown area Would definitely stay again if in the area..

The property is as described! The location in the Historic Lincolnville area is quiet and great for bicycling or walking. Yet walking distance to good restaurants and the historic downtown with cute shops & restaurants. It's a short walk to the Fish Shack restaurant which was Wonderful.
